Terms of Participation

You retain full ownership of all intellectual property and innovations developed during the Innovation Launchpad. To enable us to showcase your work and support your success, you grant Zero Labs and its partners a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license specifically for marketing, promotional, and showcase purposes. This allows us to highlight your achievements and help connect your innovations with relevant audiences, both during and after the event.

Nothing in this agreement restricts Zero Labs or its partners from independently developing, acquiring, or working with similar technologies, products, or services that may compete with participants' innovations. Ideas, concepts, or general industry knowledge discussed during the program are not considered confidential or proprietary.

You agree to act professionally, be inclusive of all attendees and their ideas, treat others with respect, and exercise care for event facilities. Participants are responsible for any accidents or damages caused by their actions.

Zero Labs, UNLV, event sponsors and organizers cannot be held liable for loss, damages, injuries or other incidents. Photographic and video recording will occur during the event, and grant permission to Zero Labs and UNLV to use this material for marketing and promotion.
