  • We’re seeking commercial-stage Canadian companies working in energy storage. Ideal applicants are post-revenue, market-ready, and looking to expand or grow traction in the U.S. Southwest — especially Nevada.

  • No, there is no fee to participate in the Roadshow. However, you are responsible for your own travel, lodging, and meals.

  • Yes, while we don’t cover travel or lodging costs, we’ll recommend convenient, vetted places to stay near each venue in Las Vegas and Reno.

  • No — TCS registration is not required to apply. However, it will be required to participate in the Roadshow if you are selected. Don’t worry — it’s a quick process and we’ll support you if you need help.

  • No, we don’t schedule private meetings.
    This program puts you in the room with the right people — from utilities and buyers to ecosystem leaders — but it’s up to you to engage, connect, and follow up. We provide the opportunities, not the appointments.

  • We’ll review all applications after the July 31 deadline, and notify selected companies shortly after.

  • The Roadshow will take place September 3–5, 2025, across Las Vegas and Reno, Nevada.

  • We’re looking for commercial-ready Canadian energy storage companies with real products in market and an interest in expanding to the U.S. early-stage or pre-revenue startups are not a fit.

  • Each day includes 2–3 structured sessions, such as site visits, group discussions, and pitch opportunities. Sessions typically run 2–3 hours with free time for self-directed networking or meetings.

  • We’ll select 8–10 Canadian companies for this cohort to ensure quality exposure and a hands-on experience.

  • Not necessarily. Prior U.S. traction is helpful, but we also welcome companies actively exploring their first U.S. partnerships — especially those targeting the Southwest or Nevada

  • The Roadshow takes place over three full days (Sept 3–5). Participants are expected to be available for all scheduled programming and travel in between cities.
