Cohort 1 Highlight
Stephanie Barrett // Her Competitive Advantage
Discover the remarkable journey of Stephanie Barrett, Head of Decision Support for North America Finance at Aristocrat Gaming, and the visionary behind Her Competitive Advantage. Stephanie’s personal experience transitioning from a D1 collegiate athlete to a corporate leader fueled her passion for aiding female athletes to navigate the professional world.
Her Competitive Advantage connects employers with skilled female athletes, aligning with the finding that though 94% of female C-suite executives have a sports background, 75% of female collegiate athletes graduate without a job. Her Competitive Advantage is building a bridge between these two worlds, giving athletes a platform for their talents while at the same time addressing gender disparities in the workplace and building stronger, more productive organizations.
Stephanie and the team have an incredible launch event coming up on March 29th. The event, titled Her Pregame, will take place just before tipoff of the Women's Basketball Sweet 16 at Leftbank Annex. Register to attend at the link above and follow her on LinkedIn to keep an eye on this great project as it continues to grow!
